| THE ALMIGHTY GOD HELPS IN CANADA
On Sunday, August 23, 2015, we got the following letter in our Kovel Church:
“I greet you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am writing to you, because we have a big plea to you. I finished my professional training and now I am looking for a job, which is adequate to my training. But nobody will employ me, because I have no experience. This situation distresses me to a great extent, as our financial situation is not the best, because rents for the flat, bills and food have to be paid. My wife is pregnant and cannot continue to work. Her employer should pay her salary, however, he wants to get away from his duties. Therefore we are forced to start legal proceedings against her employer to force him through the state administration to pay the due salary. I beg you to pray sincerely for our situation that the Lord may help me to find a job which is adequate to my training and that God might touch the heart of my wife’s employer that they will transfer to her the due legal salary. We thank you so much and ask to pass our greetings to the Church. Brother V. and family”
The same day we answered:
“Peace be to you! The job, of course is important. Paid job means food and clothing. In your situation only God can help. Your needs were told to our Church today, this Sunday. Therefore, join our prayers today and pray according to your needs. May God have mercy on you and help you … Greetings and best wishes from the prayer group of the Kovel Church Founded in 1924”
11 days later we got a letter with the following text:
“Peace be to you!
This week we got good news. Last week I had an interview in an enterprise (immediately after your prayers) and now they phoned me to inform me that I got the job and will have to start working next week on September 9. Also this week, representatives of the state authorities phoned my wife to inform her, that the controversy with her employer had been settled and already next week she will get the due benefits due since June (for all due months). We are very grateful you for your prayers and ask you to pray for us also in the future. Next week I will write to you again. We send many greetings and are grateful to the whole Church. May God bless you all. N. family.”
We answered:
“Glory to the Living God and God’s resurrected Son Jesus Christ for everything!
We rejoice with you for the good news. Write to us.”
They wrote to us:
“Hello … We thank you for the prayers with all our heart. Thanks to God’s mercy I started working this week … Also, my wife’s problems were solved thanks to God’s mercy and thanks to your prayers. May God bless you abundantly. Greetings to the whole Church. N. family. Canada”
